Health Navigators assist patients in gaining access to resources that contribute to treatment adherence and overall health improvement. Communication, leadership, computer literacy, medical and legal ethics, and health and safety will be emphasized. Completion of the Healthcare Navigator Specialist college-credit certificate may be used as an acceleration method into the Healthcare Navigator A.S. degree program.
