Official EFSC Transcripts


The student’s official transcript housed with Eastern Florida State College is bound by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). There is a $10 fee for each official transcript requested. Payment must be received in full before requests will be processed. EFSC cannot process requests via email or telephone.

Eastern Florida State College has appointed  Parchment as the designated agent for printing and mailing academic transcripts and for electronically sending official PDF academic transcripts.  The transcripts sent by Parchment are official transcripts from Eastern Florida State College and contain all pertinent course information. Parchment has been granted the authority to deliver all such transcript requests on behalf of EFSC and respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions.

When ordering, have available:

Payment Method: Major credit card, debit, or prepaid credit card (cash is not accepted for transcript orders).

Recipient Info: Email address and name for electronic transcripts, or mailing address and name for paper transcripts.

Identification: Student’s social security number and/or EFSC ID (B-number).

  • A recipient email address is required to order a transcript to be sent via secure PDF.
  • EFSC charges a $10 fee per transcript.
  • If student has an obligation or hold that stops the release of their transcript, they must satisfy all obligations before they can order a transcript.

Ordering through the myEFSC portal will speed the process as your student record information will default for you. You will then be directed to the Parchment ordering system for Eastern Florida State College.

Go to the transcripts web page, click on the Parchment logo to enter the order.


Unofficial EFSC Transcripts


Current students may obtain unofficial transcripts at no charge via the myEFSC portal or through floridashines.org. An “academic history” is also available on myGPS. See the Online Resources Guide for more information.
