A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree is a four-year undergraduate degree focused on mathematics or natural sciences, requiring 120 semester hours and often leading to careers in science, technology, or related fields.

Several EFSC bachelor's degrees have multiple specialization, such as Science Teacher Education. Students must follow one specialization, and may receive the specific degree only one time. Transcript will be posted with the degree name, not the specialization. While students may take courses from more than one specialization, the specific degree will be awarded only once.
