The BAS Organizational Management, Banking and Financial Management specialization is designed to prepare students for mid-level positions at banks, credit unions, insurance agencies and other financial institutions. Following graduation, Banking and Financial Management students may pursue a variety of careers, including: commercial and retail banking, investment banking, commercial lending, risk management, corporate finance, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and other fields in the financial services area.
